We hope you will find this additional information helpful prior to your visit to our office. It is our intention to provide a comfortable and convenient atmosphere for patients contemplating cosmetic facial and reconstructive surgery. We are committed to the pursuit of excellence and safety in caring for our patients and hope your visit will be pleasurable and informative.

Office Hours:

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.  If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call (208) 939-9000.  This will provide the opportunity for another patient to be seen.

Your Consultation is a special time designed to allow you to discuss one on one with Dr. Rodgers the treatment you desire.  In order to insure maximum benefit from the time, it is important to be prompt for this visit and bring the patient information sheet already filled out or plan to arrive early to complete the form.  Many patients find it is beneficial to write down questions or concerns you wish to address during the consultation.  The office is equipped with a computerized imager, which helps to demonstrate what you can expect after a procedure.

If surgery is to be scheduled, Dr. Rodgers will explain the procedure fully.  All fees will also be discussed with you.  Due to the detailed planning involved for you and our office in scheduling your surgery, it is again very important to notify us promptly should a change in surgery arrangements be necessary.

Any surgery, which requires the removal of tissue, must be sent for pathologic review.  This is a separate fee and is billed solely from the pathology lab.

We request that cosmetic procedures be paid in full before services are rendered.  If the procedure is to be paid by your insurance carrier, it is necessary for us to have current information, including a copy of your insurance card.  Although it is your responsibility to understand your insurance benefits, we will gladly assist you in the process.
